How do I get my account back?

Sign into your account through Facebook. If you didn't link to Facebook, contact Customer Support.

I linked my account to Facebook:

1. Download Jackpot Magic Slots.
2. Open Jackpot Magic Slots.
3. Tap the gear shaped icon.
4. Tap Account Settings or Account.
5. Tap Connect.
6. If requested, enter your Facebook info.
7. Confirm that you wish to import the Facebook-linked account.

The existing account on the device will be overwritten by the account that is being imported using Facebook.

As a reminder, to recover an account, it must have been linked to Facebook. If you did not link to Facebook before the account disappeared, please contact Customer Support and share as much of the information below as possible.
